📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on excavators, bulldozers, and other heavy machinery.
• Inspect machinery to identify and diagnose mechanical issues.
• Carry out preventive maintenance tasks to extend the lifespan of machinery.
• Collaborate with the construction team to ensure machinery is ready for daily operations.
• Follow safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
• Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and machinery condition.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical problems in a timely manner.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in heavy machinery maintenance and repair.
• Proven experience with excavators and bulldozers, including their systems and components.
• Certification in heavy machinery maintenance (e.g., Caterpillar, Komatsu, or similar).
• Knowledge of hydraulic systems, electrical components, and mechanical principles.
• Familiarity with maintenance management software (e.g., SAP, Maximo, or similar).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate heavy machinery.
