📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead a team of merchandisers to develop and implement merchandising strategies that enhance the shopping experience and drive sales.
• Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Work closely with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders to negotiate contracts and manage inventory levels.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of merchandising initiatives, making data-driven decisions to optimize results.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns and promotions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and share knowledge and insights with the team.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences, building relationships with key stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in retail merchandising, with a focus on Grocery, Dry Food, or Fresh categories.
• Proven track record of success in leading merchandising teams and driving sales growth.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, supply chain, and customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Proficient in using merchandising software such as IBM Merchandising Management System (MMS) or similar tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
