📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute strategic plans for the mining operations, focusing on efficiency, safety, and sustainability.
• Oversee the planning and development of new mining projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and environmental standards.
• Optimize mining processes using advanced tools such as AutoCAD, Surpac, and Vulcan.
• Lead the implementation of safety protocols and environmental management systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth and innovation in the mining sector.
• Monitor and report on the performance of mining operations, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Ensure adherence to all relevant laws and regulations, including those related to environmental protection and labor standards.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the mining team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in mining development, with a proven track record in project management.
• Certification in mining safety and environmental management (e.g., IAM, CIM).
• Strong understanding of mining regulations and environmental standards in Indonesia.
• Proficient in using mining software such as AutoCAD, Surpac, and Vulcan.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
