📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth and expand market reach.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic partnerships and collaborations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hotels, restaurants, and event planners.
- Conduct market research and analysis to inform business decisions and identify trends.
- Manage and oversee the implementation of business development initiatives and campaigns.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of business development efforts, providing regular reports and recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of business development activities.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging opportunities in the premium patisserie market.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of the premium patisserie market and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using business development tools and software, such as CRM systems and salesforce automation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
