Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute growth strategies to drive revenue and customer acquisition.
• Lead and oversee the growth marketing team, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to identify growth opportunities.
• Optimize growth channels, including digital marketing, partnerships, and customer acquisition campaigns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product innovation and customer engagement.
• Monitor and report on key growth metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and customers.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices, ensuring our growth strategies are cutting-edge and effective.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Proven experience as a Growth Officer, Growth Marketer, or similar role in a high-growth environment.
• Strong background in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and content marketing.
• Experience with growth hacking techniques and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Proficient in using growth marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, and HubSpot.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing team.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
