📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement affiliate marketing strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Identify, recruit, and manage affiliate partners, ensuring they align with our brand values and goals.
• Track and analyze performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and affiliate networks.
• Create and manage affiliate marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
• Optimize campaigns based on data insights to improve performance and ROI.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure seamless integration of affiliate marketing efforts with overall marketing strategies.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in affiliate marketing.
• Provide regular reports and presentations to the management team on campaign performance and insights.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.
• Proven track record of success in driving revenue through affiliate partnerships.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with affiliate partners.
• Proficiency in using affiliate marketing tools and platforms such as CJ Affiliate, Rakuten Marketing, and ShareASale.
• Familiarity with SEO and content marketing strategies.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
