Cornerstone Global Partners is seeking a dynamic Retail Supervisor, Retail Assistant, or Cashier to join our Islandwide Bookstore team in Central Region. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our daily operations, ensuring our customers receive excellent service and our store runs smoothly. As a Retail Supervisor, you'll be the backbone of our store, managing a team of dedicated staff, training new employees, and ensuring high standards of customer service. Retail Assistants will provide exceptional customer service, assist with sales, and help maintain a clean and organized store. Cashiers will handle transactions efficiently, manage inventory, and ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and supervise a team of retail staff, ensuring high standards of customer service and store operations.
• Train and develop new employees to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
• Assist customers with their purchases, providing product information and recommendations.
• Handle customer transactions, including cash, card, and digital payments.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are adequate.
• Promote sales and special offers to customers.
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-presented at all times.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail, customer service, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of basic bookkeeping and inventory management.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash handling procedures.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items.
• Proven ability to work as part of a team and independently.
• High school diploma or equivalent, with additional certifications in retail management or customer service a plus.
