Human Resources (HR) Intern - Global Healthcare Leader

Join International SOS, a global leader in health and security services, as a Human Resources (HR) Intern in the vibrant heart of Bali. As an intern, you'll work closely with our dedicated HR team to support various HR functions, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and performance management.

In this role, you'll be immersed in the daily operations of International SOS in Badung, Bali, where we provide comprehensive health and security solutions to clients worldwide. You'll have the chance to learn from experienced professionals, gain insights into international HR practices, and develop skills that are essential for a successful career in human resources.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
• Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
• Assist in maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with local and international labor laws.
• Support the HR team in organizing and participating in employee engagement activities and team-building events.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Support the HR team in managing employee relations, including addressing concerns and resolving issues.
• Assist in the performance management process, including conducting performance reviews and providing feedback.
• Support the HR team in managing the company's benefits and compensation programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Familiarity with HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or BambooHR.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
• Basic knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally, as needed.
• Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to a multicultural environment.
