📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and recover outstanding receivables through effective follow-ups and negotiations.
• Ensure timely payments by monitoring payment statuses and implementing credit policies.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to foster trust and cooperation.
• Generate and analyze reports to provide insights into our financial performance.
• Coordinate with the finance team to resolve any issues related to payments and collections.
• Assist in the implementation of new credit policies and procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to clients and partners.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in credit and collections.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in credit and collections, preferably in a corporate or financial services environment.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
