- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and lessons that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment that encourages exploration and learning.
- Assist in documenting children's progress and development using tools like observation journals and developmental checklists.
- Collaborate with the teaching team to develop and implement the daily routine and curriculum.
- Promote a positive and inclusive classroom culture that values diversity and individuality.
- Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities to stay current with early childhood education best practices.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines, including proper hygiene practices and emergency protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of children's attendance, behavior, and developmental milestones.
๐ Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with young children in an educational or childcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of early childhood development theories and practices, including Montessori, Reggio Emilia, and play-based approaches.
- Certification in early childhood education (e.g., CPR/First Aid, Child Development Associate, or similar) is a plus.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Passion for working with children and a commitment to their holistic development.
- Fluency in Indonesian and English is a must.
