📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage a portfolio of clients and develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with Islamic banking principles and regulations, including Shariah compliance and risk management.
• Lead and mentor a team of business professionals, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, including banks, financial institutions, and other stakeholders.
• Analyze market trends and develop innovative solutions to meet the needs of our clients and drive business growth.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to senior management.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Islamic banking, and leverage this knowledge to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
• Represent BTPN Syariah at industry events and conferences, and contribute to the development of the company's brand and reputation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the Islamic banking industry, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong knowledge of Islamic banking principles and regulations, including Shariah compliance and risk management.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze market trends and develop innovative solutions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
