📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for software, hardware, and services.,Collaborate with product teams to gather information and ensure documentation accuracy.,Create user manuals, guides, and other educational materials to support customers.,Review and edit technical content for clarity, consistency, and correctness.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Assist in the creation of marketing and promotional materials as needed.,Provide technical support to customers and internal teams as required.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the project.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a similar role.,Strong writing and editing skills with excellent attention to detail.,Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software.,Understanding of software development processes and methodologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
