📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize procurement processes to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and stakeholders to negotiate contracts and secure favorable terms.,Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and implement strategies to minimize stockouts and overstocks.,Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, price, delivery performance, and other relevant criteria.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations related to procurement and supply chain management.,Analyze procurement data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas of risk.,Collaborate with internal teams, such as production, logistics, and finance, to support overall business objectives.,Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in procurement and supply chain management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.,Excellent negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.,Proficiency in using procurement and inventory management software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.,Familiarity with industry-specific regulations, standards, and best practices.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high levels of accuracy and quality in all aspects of work.
