As a Sales Assistant & Cashier, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and enhancing the customer experience.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with menu selection and recommend products based on their preferences.,Process cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently.,Maintain a clean and organized cash register and work area.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Promote special offers and seasonal items to increase sales.,Collaborate with the team to ensure a positive and welcoming atmosphere.,Assist in inventory management and restocking as needed.,Provide excellent customer service and ensure a pleasant shopping experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in a retail or café environment is a plus.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.,Friendly and approachable demeanor.,Basic computer skills are a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a must.
