📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with medical procedures.,Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records.,Assisting with the preparation and sterilization of medical equipment.,Educating patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment plans.,Participating in staff meetings and continuing education programs to stay current with best practices.,Ensuring compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulations.,Providing emergency care and responding to patient emergencies as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a clinical or hospital setting.,Valid nursing license and certification in the relevant jurisdiction.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.,Ability to lift and move patients as needed.
