📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.,Manage a team of sales representatives, providing coaching, training, and support to ensure they meet their targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, both existing and potential, to drive repeat business and referrals.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify new sales opportunities and trends in the automotive industry.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management, including sales forecasts and market insights.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to network with potential customers and partners.,Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to drive sales and improve customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
