📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and implement learning and development programs for healthcare professionals.,Conduct needs assessments and develop training programs to address identified gaps.,Deliver training sessions and workshops to healthcare professionals.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development programs.,Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the relevance and applicability of training programs.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in healthcare education.,Provide guidance and support to junior staff in the learning and development department.,Develop and maintain a learning and development calendar for the year.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development in the healthcare sector.,Proven track record of designing and implementing effective learning and development programs.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using learning and development software and tools.,Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.,Fluency in Indonesian and English.
