📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily cash handling processes including deposits, withdrawals, and reconciliations.,Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.,Supervise and train junior cashiers to maintain high service standards.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to cash transactions.,Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.,Monitor cash levels and inventory to prevent shortages or excesses.,Participate in audits and internal reviews to ensure compliance with financial regulations.,Maintain detailed records of all cash transactions and financial activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in cash handling and accounting roles.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.,Proven experience in managing and training cash handling staff.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Proficiency in using accounting software and financial tools.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian financial laws and regulations.
