📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.
• Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
• Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate onboarding and integration of new hires.
• Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain a strong understanding of local labor laws and regulations.
• Foster a positive employer brand and represent the company at recruitment events and career fairs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations is a plus.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a requirement.
