Den Food Group is seeking a dedicated Deputy HR Officer to join our team in Palembang. As a Deputy HR Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR Manager in managing various HR functions. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in a dynamic and growing company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Support the HR Manager in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Assist in the administration of employee benefits, such as leave management, payroll, and training programs.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.,Provide administrative support to the HR Manager, including scheduling meetings and preparing reports.,Conduct exit interviews and assist in the termination process.,Support the HR Manager in the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) is a plus.,Fluency in English is a plus.
