📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the supervision of projects and teams to ensure they are running efficiently and effectively.,Coordinate with team members to address any issues or concerns that arise during project execution.,Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the project manager.,Ensure that all team members are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines.,Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and solutions.,Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.,Support the implementation of safety and quality standards across the project.,Maintain accurate records of project activities and team performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with project management principles and tools.,Good understanding of safety and quality standards.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for business use.
