📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.,Oversee day-to-day operations, including production, logistics, and inventory management.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.,Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for various processes.,Lead and mentor a team of operational staff to achieve company goals.,Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Proven experience in managing and optimizing business processes.,Strong knowledge of operational tools and software.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English (both written and spoken).,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
