📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process and manage sales orders efficiently and accurately.,Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment.,Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and delivery statuses.,Communicate effectively with customers to resolve any issues or concerns.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability for orders.,Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.,Provide exceptional customer service to build and maintain customer relationships.,Stay updated with company policies and procedures related to sales and delivery.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.,Proficient in using sales and inventory management software.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with logistics and delivery processes.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
