Sentosa Medical is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Retail Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and customer satisfaction in our retail outlets. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting sales consultations with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable healthcare products.,Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective sales strategies and techniques.,Maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.,Assisting in the organization and execution of sales promotions, events, and campaigns.,Providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues or concerns promptly.,Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring adequate stock is available to meet customer demand.,Collaborating with the marketing team to support promotional activities and campaigns.,Providing regular sales reports and updates to the sales manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the healthcare industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.,Proficient in using sales and customer relationship management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian market trends and consumer behavior is a plus.,Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
