📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and performance.,Create training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Conduct training sessions, workshops, and webinars.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure training needs are met.,Maintain records of training activities and participant feedback.,Stay updated with the latest training trends and best practices.,Provide ongoing support and mentoring to employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Proficient in using training management software.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with remote training tools and platforms.
