📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and supervise cross-functional teams in the development and implementation of environmental sustainability projects.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for environmental improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement innovative solutions for environmental challenges.
• Monitor project performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards.
• Foster a culture of sustainability within the organization.
• Participate in training and development programs for team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in environmental research, project management, or a related field.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and standards.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar.
• Experience with data analysis tools such as SPSS, R, or Python.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
