📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Teach courses in mining engineering, including geology, mineral processing, and mine planning.
• Conduct research and publish findings to advance mining engineering knowledge.
• Supervise student projects and provide mentorship to help students succeed.
• Develop and update course materials and syllabi to ensure they meet industry standards.
• Collaborate with industry professionals to bring real-world experience into the classroom.
• Assist in the development of academic programs and curricula.
• Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the strategic planning of the mining engineering program.
• Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or a related field.
• Master's degree in Mining Engineering or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in the mining industry or academia.
• Strong teaching and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
• Knowledge of mining software and tools, such as AutoCAD, Surpac, and MineSight.
• Ability to conduct research and publish findings.
• Experience in curriculum development and academic program management (preferred).
