📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the preparation and filing of tax returns for the company, ensuring compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations.,Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize the company's tax liability while ensuring full compliance with tax laws.,Lead and mentor junior tax staff, providing guidance and training to ensure their professional development.,Conduct regular tax audits and reviews to identify potential tax risks and opportunities.,Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, and provide recommendations for adjustments to tax policies and procedures.,Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial information for tax purposes.,Prepare and present tax-related reports to senior management and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Taxation, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax compliance and planning, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience with tax software and systems is a plus.
