📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor participant health and administer treatments as per study protocols.
• Maintain detailed and accurate participant records using Medisys electronic health records system.
• Collaborate with researchers and doctors to ensure the highest standards of patient care.
• Conduct regular assessments and document participant progress.
• Ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.
• Provide support and guidance to study participants.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical research or related field.
• Certification in Clinical Research Nursing (CRN) preferred.
• Proficient in using Medisys electronic health records system.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements for clinical trials.
