📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Assist in managing daily store operations, including staff scheduling and inventory control.

Support the Store Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies to meet targets.

Train and mentor new staff to ensure high levels of customer service and product knowledge.

Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the Store Manager.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Assist in organizing and participating in store events and promotions.

Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.

Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Proficient in using Microsoft Office and retail management software.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.

Fluent in Indonesian and English.
